No Returns or Exchanges

Wholesale Variation Kitchen & Bath does not accept returns or exchanges. Cabinetry and related products are ordered and supplied based on the customer's approved selections, quantities, sizes, finishes, and specifications.

Damage Claims

If an item arrives damaged, contact Wholesale Variation Kitchen & Bath and provide clear photographs of the damage within 14 days of receipt.

Please retain the damaged item and all original packaging while the claim is being reviewed. Wholesale Variation Kitchen & Bath will process the applicable damage claim and arrange a replacement when the claim is approved.

Order Review Before Payment

Submitting an order through our website is a request for order review and does not constitute final acceptance of the order. No payment is due at initial submission.

We review product availability and order details with the customer before payment instructions are provided. Customers are responsible for reviewing the final order carefully before approval and payment.

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate pricing, product information, quantities, freight charges, specifications, and other information. If information displayed on the website is incorrect because of a typographical, technical, calculation, inventory, pricing, or other error, Wholesale Variation Kitchen & Bath reserves the right, to the extent permitted by applicable law, to correct the information before final order acceptance.

If a correction affects an order that has been submitted for review, we will provide the corrected information before the order is finalized and payment is requested.
